Clinical Consultation & Supervision
Clinical consultation is a integral component of ethical counselling practice. Consultation is an opportunity to collaborate, learn from, & share our own knowledge and wisdom with other mental health professionals. Supervision is an evaluative process for new clinicians, which can also be a mutual learning opportunity for the supervisor and supervisee. I offer feminist-oriented, individual and group consultation that is acutely attuned to power dynamics. Building a safe-enough consultative or supervisory relationship is prioritized. I am passionate about group clinical supervision and consultation in particular.
I have completed 30 hours of Feminist Clinical Supervision as offered by Jennifer Hollinshead of Peak Resilience Counselling. My approach to supervision and consultation is collaborative, relational, and down to earth.

For fully licensed Counselling Therapists & Psychotherapists, I offer virtual clinical consultation in an individual or group format. A Clinical Consultation Questionnaire is to be completed to assess mutual suitability for consultation.
Individual clinical consultation is for 1 hour, scheduled regularly at an interval mutually agreed upon (typically every 2, 4 or 6 weeks).
I do not offer one time clinical consultation. This is because my approach to clinical consultation is relational, and this requires on-going, regular contact to support a professional consultative relationship. When a counselling therapist or psychotherapist are participating in a group consultation with me, they are able to schedule individual supervision on an as needed basis, as the relational component is gained from the participation in group clinical consultation.
Group clinical consultation requires a minimum commitment to attend 4 scheduled group clinical consultations of two hours. Groups typically have 4-6 individuals. There is current space in the following clinical consultation group occurring on the
second Wednesday of each month from 1030am to 1230pm AST/ 930am to 1130am EST.
Fees for individual consultation are $180/hour, plus applicable HST
Fees for group supervision are $50/hour, plus applicable HST (group supervision is 2 hours)
