Welcome

My name is Meagan (she/her), and I am a counselling therapist & clinical supervisor. I provide virtual counselling, clinical consultation and supervision services across Canada, with licensure in Nova Scotia & New Brunswick.

I integrate trauma, cultural & racially informed therapeutic practice to support the healing of individuals, groups and families. I teach gentle yoga classes and workshops that celebrate all bodies and abilities. I am an educator committed to anti-oppression, anti-racism, sex positivity & harm reduction.
